Lodge a Statutory Declaration

If you were not the driver of the vehicle when the toll was incurred, you can nominate another person by lodging a NSW Statutory Declaration (Individuals) or NSW Statutory Declaration (Companies).

A separate Statutory Declaration is required for each Toll Notice.

Do not include payment with the statutory declaration as a new toll notice will be issued to the person you have nominated.
Note: If settlement is not received by the person you nominate on the statutory declaration a Penalty Notice for an amount of more than $160 may be issued to you.

Completed NSW Statutory Declaration forms should be mailed at least 7 days before the due date on the toll notice to:

If applicable, you should also advise the relevant registration authority (eg: Roads and Maritime Services) of a recent purchase or sale of the vehicle.

Please also note that your name and address may be given to any persons or companies that you nominate as the driver.
